You can start your journey towards pleasurable, pain-free, and stress-free periods as soon as we align our schedules. After your free 15-minute discovery call, we’ll plan your sessions across 8 to 16 weeks, depending on your needs. 💫

What Are Sessions Like?

Each session is custom-tailored to your needs and often feels like an interactive meditation. You’ll be gently guided to access and work with your unconscious mind, allowing deep transformation to occur.

Clients often describe feeling light, calm, or even blissful, with energy moving through them. Some like to take a nap afterward, basking in the space they’ve created, while others prefer to move or go for a walk. It’s helpful to drink extra water and enjoy the changes you’ve created.
